Using synthcircuit.life means you accept these Terms. Client projects are governed by separate contracts that prevail where they conflict.

2. Services description

Synth Circuit Inc. is a generative-AI and automation studio providing custom AI design, development and consulting — LLM applications, conversational AI, content generation systems, workflow wiring, RAG, agent orchestration, guardrails and evals, and MLOps — for client organizations. We are not a course, SaaS subscription, investment adviser or legal counsel.

3. Domain and brand meanings

The `.life` top-level domain is branding only. Synth Circuit does not provide life coaching, wellness programmes or personal transformation services.

"Synth" refers to synthesis and generative artificial intelligence — not music synthesizers or audio products.

"Circuit" refers to connected workflow and automation systems — not electronic circuits, PCB design, or racing circuits.

4. No guaranteed accuracy or ROI

Generative-AI and automation systems may produce errors, biased outputs or failures. We design with humans on the loop. Synth Circuit does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, cost savings, revenue or return on investment. Case study figures are past illustrative results, not future promises. Outcomes depend on data quality, scope, integrations and adoption.

5. Not professional advice

Website content is informational about our studio services. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. We do not offer AI-income schemes, crypto trading bots or passive-income products.

6. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape content in violation of these Terms or submit spam through our forms.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, design and logos belong to Synth Circuit Inc. or licensors. Limited personal viewing permitted. Other use requires written permission except under fair dealing.

17. AI output limitations

Generative-AI systems we build may produce incorrect, incomplete or biased content. Clients remain responsible for review processes, acceptable use policies and decisions based on AI output. We design humans on the loop but do not assume client operational responsibility.

18. Case study disclaimer

Work examples on this site are anonymised past engagements. Metrics are illustrative. They do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes for future clients.

19. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger or sale of business assets with notice where required.

20. Survival

Sections regarding liability limits, indemnity, governing law and intellectual property survive termination of your use of the website.

21. Dispute resolution

27. No agency relationship

Nothing on this website creates a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and Synth Circuit Inc. except under signed client contracts.

28. Export and sanctions

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable Canadian export control or sanctions laws. We may decline engagements that would violate such laws.

29. Severability detail

If any provision is unenforceable in a jurisdiction, it is modified minimally to be enforceable or severed without affecting remaining provisions.

30. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy linked on this site, constitute the entire agreement for use of synthcircuit.life except where superseded by signed client contracts governing professional generative-AI and automation services.

Any claim arising from use of this website must be commenced within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, except where a longer period is mandated by statute.

35. Relationship to professional services

These Terms do not create obligations regarding delivery timelines, acceptance criteria or warranties for paid professional services — those are defined exclusively in executed client agreements for generative-AI and automation studio work.

36. Acknowledgement

By using synthcircuit.life you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.
